We at 420MKT are looking for reinforcement for Google Ads & Performance Marketing on a mini-job basis (538 €) – 100% remote, flexible and with a focus on impact instead of effort.
What you can expect:
- Support, optimization and scaling of Google Ads accounts with clear goals
- Setting up, testing and adapting search, display and, if necessary, video campaigns
- Analysis & reporting incl. conversion tracking and budget control
- Participation in lead-gen strategies and ROI optimization
- Optional: Collaboration with SEO/content in WordPress
- Working with clear processes, automation tools and a high level of personal responsibility
Your skills:
- Experience with Google Ads / Performance Marketing
- A feel for KPIs, target groups and tests – data-driven & pragmatic
- Independent, structured way of working with a sense of responsibility
- Interest in conversion optimization and automation
- WordPress/SEO knowledge is a plus
- Curiosity about the cannabis industry – not a must, welcome
